The dry film thickness (DFT) is the amount of material which is left
on the building surface after the paint has dried. Although typical house paints may be priced lower per gallon, they will lose up to 80% of their DFT coverage rate to evaporation. Because

ROOF TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENTS (ABOVE):
With an air temperature of 86°F ENERCHRON® lowered the temperature to 99°F (13°F above air temperature) when covered with dirt and to 89°F (3°F above air temperature) when washed clean.

It is easy to apply on interior and exterior
surfaces and reduces application time and costs. It is fast drying.
It has cold temperature cure rates. ENERCHRON® V40
has excellent sag resistance and cleans up with soap and water! It is safe to
apply and is a Low Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) material, being at least 4.2 times less toxic that typical latex house paint .
ENERCHRON® V40
meets Class 'A' fire retardancy ratings. For tinting, standard 8800 colorants can be used.
It is designed for interior wall and ceiling surfaces and exterior wall surfaces, but will require a primer over surfaces which will
"bleed". This product is designed for applications where the surface or building system design demands a higher level of
"breathability". The minimum cure temperature is 40 degrees F.
